METEORITE OR WRONG?

Have you ever wanted to bid on a meteorite but were not sure if it was genuine? 
Would it help to have a meteorite expert beside you offering free advice?
 
The International Meteorite Collectors Association (IMCA) provides a private "forum" for its' members. Auctions (example below) of 'questionable' meteorites are discussed. Many of the almost three hundred members would be happy to assist you with your inquiries. Or you can remain in the background and learn from the ongoing discussions of others. METEORITE or WRONG???
This was found in Miromar Lakes Fl. ( A high-priced gated development near Gulf Coast University.) It appears to have landed in the middle of the road. Dark matrix sparkles in direct sunlight and flash. (looks like tiny white specks) Second picture of the specimen.
Do you know if this is a meteorite or not?
